Loader won't open or crashes on launch
Disable all antivirus
Make sure Windows Defender and any third-party antivirus are fully disabled, not just paused.
Run as Administrator
Right-click the loader and select Run as Administrator.
Use the latest version
Re-download the loader from the User Panel to make sure you have the latest version.
Restart your PC
Restart and try launching again before contacting support.
License not detected
Check your account
Make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase.
Wait and retry
If you just purchased, wait 1–2 minutes, restart the loader, and try again.
Contact support
If the issue persists, reach out on Discord with your order ID, license key and email.

Disable Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling
Go to Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Advanced Graphics Settings and turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
Disable Game Mode
Go to Settings → Gaming → Game Mode and turn off Game Mode.
Restart your PC
Restart after making both changes for them to take effect.
Lower your in-game CS2 Graphical settings
Try lowering your in-game CS2 graphical settings to medium or low.
Lower your in-game CS2 FPS Limit
Cap your in-game FPS to 120. You can do this in the settings menu or via the game console, by typing fps_max 120.
